The Global Incubator Network Austria (GIN) is the connecting link between Austrian and international startups, investors, incubators and accelerators with a focus on selected hotspots in Asia (Hong Kong, Israel, Japan, Mainland China, Singapore and South Korea).

GIN is a program initiated by the Austrian Federal Government, managed by the public funding agencies Austria Wirtschaftsservice GmbH (aws) and Österreichische Forschungs- förderungsgesellschaft (FFG), and financed by the Österreichische Nationalstiftung für Forschung, Technologie und Entwicklung (NFTE). 

ADVANTAGE AUSTRIA / WKO

ADVANTAGE AUSTRIA (WKO AUSSENWIRTSCHAFT AUSTRIA), with its about 100 offices in over 70 countries, provides a broad range of intelligence and business development services for both Austrian companies and their international business partners. Around 800 employees and 35 consultants around the world can assist you in locating Austrian suppliers and business partners. We organize about 1,200 events every year to bring business contacts together. Other services provided by ADVANTAGE AUSTRIA offices range from introductions to Austrian companies looking for importers, distributors or agents to providing in-depth information on Austria as a business location and assistance in entering the Austrian market.

Accent offers a three-phase programme in order to identify strengths and weaknesses of an idea, and provides assistance accordingly. New enterpreneurs can benefit from its expertise as it offers an overview of funding schemes that can facilitate the initial period of the start-up company.

ecoplus The Business Agency of Lower Austria supports companies from the first contact to their successful set-up or expansion in Lower Austria. Consultation on finding the right location and funding is one of our key competencies. We operate 18 business parks, 5 R&D centres and run the technopol program. In addition ecoplus offers services in the fields of innovative cooperation’s projects in clusters, internationalization and export ventures - free of charge and supported by the province of Lower Austria.

Steirische Wirtschaftsförderungsgesellschaft

The SFG is wholly owned by the province of Styria in Austria. As the regional business promotion agency, the role of the SFG is to grow and consolidate the Styrian economy. New company formations are intensively supported in the areas of site selection, incentives and local formalities. The SFG also works in partnership with the region’s existing companies offering a broad range of services free of charge. These range from general information, advice on grants and financing to internationalisation.

riz up, the Start-Up Agency of Lower Austria, provides business support services to all entrepreneurial ideas, start-ups and established entrepreneurs all over Lower Austria.

Science Park Graz

Science Park Graz (SPG) is a publicly funded institution with the purpose of supporting and promoting the creation of innovative tech-based startups business in Graz and Styria. Science Park Graz is also the home of the ESA Business Incubation Centre in Austria (ESA BIC Austria) and ESA Business Applications Ambassador for Austria (ESA BA Austria).  

Wirtschaftsagentur Burgenland

Wirtschaftsagentur Burgenland is the regional business development agency and promotes economic growth in Burgenland. It provides the full range of services to domestic and foreign companies and is the central contact point for all matters related to company relocation, grants advice and provision of venture capital. It's portfolio covers federal state grants but also those from the Austrian federal government and the European Union.
It's aim is to ensure their region´s high economic and employment growth for present and future generations and to position Burgenland internationally as an innovative location.
The company was founded in 1994 and is wholly owned by Landesholding Burgenland.

The Gründungszentrum Start Up Tirol business incubator helps tech-based startups with high growth potential from universities in Tyrol by providing support with business development and market entry. A specially developed scale-up programme helps academic spin-offs use their research results commercially in their own technology companies. A major phase towards the market entry of the startup programme is the “startup booster”. It allows teams to get their tech startup ready for the market and for investments by providing individual coaching for 18 months.

In order to strengthen the competitiveness of companies located in or moving to Tyrol and give them a head start in future-oriented fields such as digitalisation, Standortagentur Tirol offers infrastructure and platforms, networking with innovative companies in the Tyrolean clusters, and advice and support in the implementation and financing of forward-looking projects.

Health Hub Vienna

Health Hub Vienna is a platform for open innovation in healthcare. Pharmaceutical companies, medical device manufacturers, private and public insurance companies, healthcare suppliers and start-ups all work together to develop new, holistic and patient-centric solutions. The acceleration program is managed by INiTS, Vienna’s high-tech incubator with an over 15-year track record of successfully developing start-ups in the life sciences. 

Customized support for start-ups will be available during the critical steps involved in anchoring products and services in a complex healthcare system, driven by a large number of stakeholders.
